- Detailed and Personalised Training Program building towards your event.

- Specific training sessions tailored to your personal ability, goals, lifestyle and available time.

- All programs are carefully developed, based on the information each athlete supplies and on our knowledge and experience.

- Initial programs must be for a minimum of 12 weeks.

- Good program for recreational events.

- Feedback and analysis only as requested and at extra cost. 

- Includes Training Peaks account

Cost: $15 per week.
