- Detailed and Personalised Training Program building towards your event.

- Specific training sessions tailored to your personal ability, goals, lifestyle and available time.

- Weekly feedback.

- Training set in 4 week cycles with phone chat or real time discussion every week, with analysis of training performance every week.

- All programs are carefully developed, based on the information each athlete supplies and on our knowledge and experience.

- Nutritional and race technique/tactical recommendations when necessary.

- Initial programs must be for a minimum of 12 weeks.

- For athletes who want coaching to improve the quality of their training and competition.

- Includes Training peaks account.

Cost: $30 per week.
